We, at Scirto Jewelers, want you to absolutely love your purchase.
However, if you don’t feel it, or if you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, you may receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase date.
The merchandise needs to be in its original condition. You may also exchange the merchandise for full credit towards another purchase.
Custom designed, special orders and engraved items are non-returnable; however, we will work with you to correct or improve any issues.
You can return items in store for free or mail back the item with a copy of your receipt.
If we made a mistake (like wrong item sent, or received damaged) we offer complimentary shipping for any item you’d like to return. No cost for the return.
If you have just changed your mind for whatever reason, we will send you a shipping label for the item that you’d like to return. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For a shipping label, email us at scirtos@yahoo.com, and we will send you one. Simply print out a shipping label. Package your item up securely and affix the label on the package. Then drop off your package at the nearest USPS,UPS or FedEx location, depending on which label you receive.
If the merchandise is in its original condition, we will process your refund immediately. Please allow 5 to 10 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
